- Over half a million more deaths than expected between 2011-2023 occurred in the US based on mortality rates between 2006-2010. The bulk of the increase was seen in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. A Research Letter published in JAMA Health Forum found the number of deaths was higher in non-college graduates and largely due to circulatory disease when covid deaths were excluded. The new research further underpins the poor state of Americans’ health
- Cyclists could be at significantly lower risk of developing dementia. A new study, published in Red JAMA abierta tracking nearly half a million UK adults, found that regular cyclists had up to a 40% lower risk of developing dementia, including a notable reduction in Alzheimer’s and young-onset cases. This brain-protective effect may stem from cycling’s unique blend of physical exertion, mental navigation, and fresh air exposure, which boosts hippocampal volume and cognitive resilience. With dementia cases projected to soar to 139 million by 2050, adopting cycling as a sustainable, accessible habit offers a powerful, natural strategy to safeguard your brain health. Start pedalling today—your future self may thank you!
- A brand new documentary, 5G – The Untold Story, from the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation, investigates the health risks associated with 5G radiation and calling for urgent scrutiny of its health impacts. The film reveals how healthy people living near newly installed 5G antennas have experienced severe health issues such as insomnia, headaches, and palpitations. Grounded in pioneering case studies from epidemiologist Lennart Hardell and Mona Nilsson of the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation, the film presents evidence of “microwave syndrome” caused by high 5G radiation exposure. It criticises the inaction of authorities like the World Health Organization (WHO) and
International Commission for Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP), accusing them of prioritising industry interests over public safety by failing to set adequate safety limits
- A recent review in Nature Reviews Endocrinología of over 250 studies, calls for stronger regulations to limit young women’s exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) that are found in plastics, pesticides, and personal care products, particularly during early development, to protect against female reproductive issues (e.g. reduced fertility, early or delayed puberty, premature menopause, and polycystic ovary syndrome)
- A new preprint analysis by German scientists criticises the EU Commission’s proposal to deregulate organisms produced using New Genomic Techniques (NGTs), arguing it overlooks key genetic risks. The experts warn that even complex genetic modifications could bypass safety checks, especially if organisms are designed using AI, as they call for the proposal’s rejection
- An alliance of eight German associations has released a position paper (English version) fiercely opposing patents on conventionally bred plants, animals, and genetic material, arguing they threaten biodiversity, food sovereignty, and organic farmers’ rights. Such patents concentrate corporate control, undermine innovation, and clash with EU organic regulations. The paper demands a robust EU patent framework to protect organic breeding, ensure fair access to genetic resources, and safeguard sustainable food systems for future generations.

- The proposed WHO “Pandemic Treaty” remains incomplete and unenforceable until at least 2026, lacking key provisions like pathogen access rules. Critics argue it centralizes global health authority under a “One Health” model, threatening national sovereignty and individual freedoms. Concerns include censorship, fast-tracked treatments, and limited medical choice. Read more and share with your network…

- A globally significant Australian biobank housing samples from a study into the immune effects of covid ‘vaccines’ could be destroyed. The QoVAX Safety and Efficacy Statewide Study has collated more than 11 million data points from vaccinated and unvaccinated participants along with over 100,000 biospecimens, since its inception in 2022. Queensland’s Metro North Health has shutdown the project and plans to destroy all samples and data associated with the research as there’s “no longer a scientific or public need” for the data. Rebekah Barnett has the full story
- The UK Medical Freedom Alliance (UKMFA, Health Advisory and Recovery Team (HART) and Doctors for Patients UK (DfPUK) have sent an Open Letter to the NHS expressing concern about the lack of support and protection for NHS whistleblowers who speak out about covid vaccine safety concerns.
