Natural News

  • Introducing Enoch! Enoch, from Brighteon.ai, is the newest kid on the AI block, created by Mike Adams and his team from Brighteon and Natural News. Its focus is nutrition, herbs, natural medicine, the truth about drugs/vaccines and all things health freedom related. Key to Enoch’s training have been the entire back catalogues donated from many organisations that you’ll be familar with, including our entire article databases from ANH International and ANH-USA. It’s early days for the new system, which will evolve as it’s used by more and more people. The best bit is Enoch’s free to use. • A new study from US researchers tracked 4,285 US teens for four years and found that addictive screen use, think social media, phones, and video games, doubles or triples the risk of suicidal thoughts or self-harm. It’s not just total screen time, but the addictive behaviour that’s the real culprit. This builds on earlier findings linking excessive screen time to depression and sleep issues in kids, such as the recent MAHA report “Making our Children Healthy Again”
  • Une nouvelle étude, publiée dans Biologie des communications has found that nearly 25% of the US infants studied, had undetectable levels of bifidobacterium. This is an absolutely essential and vital group of beneficial gut bacteria,  responsible for not only a healthy gut, but the development of the immune system and cognitive and brain development. They are among the first and most dominant microbes in the guts of breastfed infants, thanks to their ability to digest human milk oligosaccharides—special sugars found in breast milk that babies can’t digest themselves. Their absence results in dysobiotic gut microbiomes at a critical time in a baby’s development. Such deficiencies also bring with them a higher risk of developing chronic diseases such as allergies, eczema and asthma by age 2. The problem is likely linked to a range of issues including C-section births, lack of breastfeeding, antibiotic use, western diets and highly sanitised environments
  • Censorship is alive and well as campaign organisation Bite Back found out recently. Their innovative campaign against junk food advertising, using giant ad spaces, came to an abrupt halt as the big advertising companies that control such spaces, refused to continue running their ad “Young Activists Bought This Ad Space so Junk Food giants Couldn’t”
  • Following the lead of other European countries, Belgium’s Superior Health Council has published updated plant-biased dietary guidelines, which recommend a significant reduction in meat (no more than 300g per week), while encouraging consumption of whole grains and inflammatory seed oils, and the avoidance of healthy saturated fats in foods such as butter and coconut oil!

>>> There is no longer a scientific basis to vilify saturated fat. What will it take for governments to change their minds?

  • In its bid to promote ‘preventative’ health options, every baby born in England, within the next decade, will undergo genetic testing as part of the UK government’s new 10-year health plan, following a trial which analysed the genetic code of 100,000 babies. On the face of things, it may sound like a smart move. However, this testing—as well as capturing the DNA of every new person—will be used to tailor drugs to the individual to prevent possible future health issues, further lining big pharma’s pocket. When used properly to guide healthcare professionals to support individuals to improve their health, some genetic tests, particularly nutrigenomic tests, can be extremely effective at supporting individualised protocols. However such testing will only offer an estimate of risk of the potential to develop certain health issues given the power of diet, lifestyle and environment to affect gene expression. It’s certainly not a diagnosis and the misinterpretation of which could have serious consequences
  • The government’s 10-year health plan would also see the UK’s NHS being measured on how many patients it keeps out of hospital. Sadly, rather than embracing true preventative health using dietary and lifestyle changes, the plan will rely on food manufacturers and supermarkets to make food ‘healthier’ through further reformulation. There are also recommendations to cut daily calorie intake by 50 calories in the mistaken belief this will successfully tackle the obesity epidemic
  • Exercise really is the best medicine when it comes to childrens’ mental health. A meta-analysis published in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, found that all-types of exercise reduces depression and anxiety in children and young people. Even better, the benefits of exercise, for everyone, are significantly enhanced when you’re outdoors in nature.

>>> August Tailoring Tolerance 2024: The most underrated drug?

  • Neogtiations on the deregulation of gene edited organisms in the EU have stalled over a stalemate in which the EU Commission and EU Council, are reportedly refusing to compromise on key issues including traceability and labelling
  • The race is on to develop new ‘miracle’ weight-loss drugs to compete with GLP-1 receptor agonist (GLP-1 RA) drugs. Each new drug come with its own claims of efficacy and safety by targeting different pathways in the body to combat obesity. In Sweden researchers are developing a drug that activates metabolism in the muscles to avoid the muscle loss associated with GLP-1 drugs, while in China multiple weight loss drugs are being developed and tested to target not just obesity but sleep apnea, fatty liver disease, kidney and heart disease.

>>> GLP-1 weight-loss jabs: What we’re not being told

  • New regulations in the UK under the Genetic Technology (Precision Breeding) Act remove the requirement for genetically modified organisms (GMOs) to be labelled and traceable when produced via gene editing or “precision breeding”, along with key environmental protections. Beyond GM is raising money to launch a judicial review into the UK government’s failure to consider all the implications brought about by the new law. Beyond GM is demanding that these novel organisms are subject to “rigorous environmental and safety assessments and meaningful public consultation and are clearly labelled and fully traceable ‘from field to fork’.” Find out more about the campaign and how you can support it.

Mise à jour de l'ANH-USA

  • Medicaid funds ultra-processed, disease-promoting “medically tailored meals” while FDA policies restrict therapeutic medical foods to rare diseases. This denies patients with chronic conditions access to nutritional therapies, wasting taxpayer dollars on meals that worsen health. Policy reform is needed to prioritise real food and expand medical foods. Help us call for expanded access to medical foods…
  • The EPA just dismantled key PFAS protections, delaying drinking water limits for toxic “forever chemicals” until 2031. PFAS are linked to cancer, immune dysfunction, and reproductive harm. Yet, rather than enacting a class-wide ban, we’re seeing regulatory rollbacks that prioritise industry convenience over public safety. Read more and take action…

Contrôle de la liberté d'expression

  • The war on free speech just stepped up a notch as a court in Brazil rules that social media companies should remove flagged speech without a court order. In the EU, a report from the European Digital Media Observatory (EDMO) highlights growing pressure on Big Tech platforms to crack down on free speech. Such demands will take on a different tone with the introduction of additional powers via the EU’s Digital Services Act on 1st July, which increases concerns about the future of online freedom of expression.

  • Allegations are being made that the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), a trade association in the US, are colluding in a bid to oust Health and Human Services Secretary, Robert F Kennedy Jr (RFK Jr), from office. An unsubstantiated secret trade-association memo purported to have been leaked, reveals a campaign to lobby for the removal of RFK Jr. Dr James Lyons Weiler unravels the whole sordid affair
  • Further attempts to discredit RFK Jr continue with an op-ed published by MedPageToday. It’s soon clear that the author who calls Trump’s executive order promoting “gold standard science” into question, is really gunning for RFK Jr as his critics find the bar he’s set to be too high to achieve. Dr James Lyons Weiler has more…
  • Covid mRNA ‘vaccines’ may contribute to the development of cancer in 17 different ways according to a new report (in French) written by Mathilde Debord. Sonia Elijah shares an English translation of this in-depth review based on over 100 studies
  • A top Japanese professor has warned that the more doses of covid ‘vaccines’ you get, the sooner you’re likely to die after he reviewed data from a covid vaccine database covering 18 million people in Japan. The Vigilant Fox has full details.
