As we move into 2026, the opportunities and challenges facing natural health and individual autonomy are intensifying—but so is public awareness. The ANH team is moving into the new year committed to:
- Resisting over-medicalisation and regulatory overreach
- Defending freedom of speech in the area of health information
- Protecting access to natural, preventative health solutions
- Challenging corporate capture of health and food systems
- Championing informed consent, transparency and choice.
Thank you to everyone who’s supported, shared, challenged and strengthened ANH International’s work in 2025. Together, we will continue to defend a vision of health that is human-centred, science-based and free from the distortions of the medico-industrial complex. Together we are stronger!
Over to the team for our end-of-year (EOY) messages!

As 2025 draws to a close, I want to thank you for reading, sharing, and standing with ANH International across the UK, Europe, and beyond. Your support is what enables us to stay independent—and effective.
2025 has been a year of constant balancing—trying to use every waking hour to maximum effect across the UK, Europe, and the United States. In truth, our US work has been the most demanding, because the scale and intensity of our legal initiatives have been unlike anything we’ve undertaken before.
A rare window has opened. The US Supreme Court’s reversal of the Chevron doctrine has begun to roll back the agency overreach that has long insulated regulators from accountability. At the same time, with Bobby Kennedy as HHS Secretary and Dr Marty Makary as FDA Commissioner—both more receptive to our concerns and our broader vision—there is now a realistic prospect of progress.
That does not mean the door will swing open by itself. Entrenched interests remain deeply embedded. But it does mean we can do what we are doing right now: drive carefully constructed initiatives that reimagine regulation so it serves the public interest—not regulatory capture, and not the commercial imperatives of Big Pharma and Big Food.
As we look ahead to January, a quick health note in the spirit of the season: if you’re considering a “short-cut” for weight loss in 2026, we urge you to think twice—particularly if you’re contemplating so-called “skinny jabs”. Going alcohol-free, reducing refined carbohydrates, cutting ultra-processed foods, and combining these with regular movement and stress-management practices remain safer, more sustainable foundations for long-term metabolic health.
More than anything, we wish you a healthy, peaceful, and purposeful start to 2026. Thank you for reading, sharing, and supporting our work—we are deeply grateful to have you with us.

This year started like we’d been shot out of the starting gates as if we were racehorses running for our lives—and it’s not let up since! For many, me included, it’s been a year of facing challenges, completions and deep life choices. As if the Universe was asking at every turn whether we’re surefooted on the direction our life is taking; whether our relationships supported or hindered our life’s mission; kept questioning if we were serious about standing in our truth, and were ready to jump the chasm created by the ever-widening bifurcation between the old, false matrix, and the new true/organic world that many of us are committed to birthing. Those of us that know and see can’t help but keep moving steadfastly and determinedly towards the latter. Others may feel called, for now, to stay with what’s familiar and established. And that’s totally ok. It’s right for them at this time.
I am making a leap and assuming that if you’re reading this article, you are one that recognises and acknowledges the distortion of the old world that culminated in the pandemic of 5 years ago and you have made a ton of new choices and decisions in this past year, on top of many you’ve made in the last 5 years. Some of those choices might have been difficult for others in your circle, but you are unable to bend to another’s will anymore and forward you must go. Me too. It’s good to be moving forward with you.
As those of you know, who have graced my monthly Intention Circle with your precious presence, I say often that we—who see and know—are walking each other home. I am so grateful for each one of you who have supported our efforts at ANH this year, and previous years. Can I take this opportunity to say a very heartfelt, huge, thank you and how much I look forward to walking this journey with you through 2026. Thank you too, to our wonderful team, without whom, ANH would cease to function as seamlessly as it does.
If we’ve learned anything from the past 5 years, it’s to trust our gut instinct first and foremost, to look to our community for support and information and to walk our own path, no matter what is coming down the pipeline. My greatest wish is that we all step into 2026 with an open heart, a curious mind, and the courage to embrace people, Nature and opportunities. For those of us who choose, 2026 feels as if it’s a year to grow, explore, and shine. Together we are most definitely stronger. Let’s make our voices heard and our potential unfold even more.

2025 has been a rollercoaster not only in terms of my work with ANH but personally. At times it’s felt as though someone is shaking a bottle of fizzy water but the top remains tightly sealed. It’s been astonishing how such a compact team have managed to have such a huge impact. It just goes to show how much superb teamwork can achieve. As I enter my 10th year as part of the ANH Team, I can only say our work remains my Ikigai and purpose in life. Thank you for all your support in 2025. We most definitely can’t do what we do without you. As we reach the end of the year, I’ll be raising a glass to the opportunities of 2026, perhaps including a ride in a more controlled and strategically directed rollercoaster!

Science and medicine have achieved so much in advancing human health. But alongside this progress, the modern medical and pharmaceutical landscape has become increasingly profit-driven. In our fast-moving digital age, health information is everywhere, often complex, confusing, and sometimes misleading. When people’s health and lives depend on that information, clarity truly matters. That’s what has made this year at ANH International so rewarding. Being part of a team that helps make sense of important health topics and issues, speaks up when something isn’t right, and puts people, especially the most vulnerable first, has been deeply meaningful. I’m excited to continue this work and help shape a healthier, more informed year ahead.
